How to mix bleach.

Lightening Powder must be mixed with developer to lighten hair. In this module you will learn how to properly mix lightening powder with developer. I personally use 20 Volume Developer. My natural hair color is a 4. There are 12 levels of hair color. Level 1 hair is black, level 12 hair is platinum blonde.

note: Lightening Powder or Lightener are the professional terms for hair bleach. Developer is also known as Peroxide.
